The Challenge

Our clients needed to sell two Brooklyn properties—a co-op and a condo—to purchase a Manhattan condo within a 1031 exchange timeline. Coordinating both closings and securing the right replacement required precise timing.

We launched the co-op first knowing it would take longer to close, then listed the condo after accepting an offer.
