Application Process

If you'd like to apply, we request the following application information from each applicant:

• Proof of income (letters of employment stating length of employment, position, salary) and most current paystub.

• Last 2 months of bank statements and brokerage statements demonstrating liquid assets.

• Copy of photo IDs

• Brief letter of introduction

If your application is accepted, we will work with you to compile any additional documentation that is needed for the condo board approval process. Please note if you get to this point, the condo board approval is really just a formality.

Condo Application Fees if selected:

 

• $450 Condo Application Fee

• $100 Credit & Background Check for each Applicant

• $500 Move in Deposit (refundable if there is no damage)
