She was always there to answer our questions, talk through options, and help us understand the process without ever making us feel pressured to make a certain decision. We always felt like she was truly on our side. She was also incredibly communicative and responsive, even answering questions while she was out on vacation.

At the very end of the process, we ran into a last-minute issue after our final walkthrough when we discovered a dishwasher leak and broken lights.
